Ankervast (sole proprietorship, Lajos Szabo) processes personal data of visitors and clients of this website. This policy explains what data that is, why it's processed, and what rights you have.
What data
Name, email address and the content of your message when you fill in the contact form or send an email. For clients: contact details, billing details, and technical details needed for maintenance and hosting (such as domain name and hosting account).
Why
To respond to an enquiry, to carry out the agreed services (maintenance, hosting, support), and to comply with legal obligations such as record-keeping requirements.
Retention period
Contact form submissions are kept as long as needed to handle the enquiry. Client data is kept for the duration of the agreement, and afterwards for as long as the law requires (Dutch tax retention duty: 7 years).
Sharing with third parties
Data is not sold or shared with third parties, except with parties needed for the service itself (such as a hosting provider), and only to the extent necessary.
Your rights
