Terms and conditions
These terms apply to all services provided by Ankervast (sole proprietorship, Lajos Szabo).
Services
Ankervast provides maintenance, hosting, security and custom work for websites, as agreed per quote or contract. Work is carried out on a best-effort basis, not a guaranteed outcome, unless explicitly agreed otherwise.
Availability
Response to reports within one working day. Planned maintenance generally takes place in the evenings. There is no 24/7 emergency service.
Payment
Invoicing takes place monthly in advance, unless agreed otherwise. Services may be suspended if payment is not received.
Notice period
An agreement can be cancelled monthly with one month's notice, unless agreed otherwise.
Liability
Ankervast is not liable for damage caused by circumstances beyond reasonable control (such as downtime at a hosting provider), and limits liability to the amount invoiced in the preceding three months.
Governing law
These terms are governed by Dutch law.
